Launched in 2016 by weight‑loss specialists with over 10 years experience supporting men's health, the leagues are unique in that the coach weighs each player before every game and guides players through their weight‑loss journey. Players earn bonus goals for their weekly weight loss, so the league outcome depends not only on goals scored on the field, but also on pounds lost. Role Overview We’re looking for a dedicated MAN v FAT Health and Wellbeing Coach to support the players, ensure smooth operation, and help the new league achieve high performance when it launches in September 2026 at Le Five Indoor Soccer – Rancho Cordova (11115 Folsom Blvd STE 200, Rancho Cordova, CA 95670). Responsibilities Support and motivate players to make healthy lifestyle changes. Facilitate safe and effective sessions. Complete league‑related administrative tasks. Work with the referee on a weekly basis and maintain regular communication with the UK and US team. About you We value a team player who puts their heart into their work. Excellent communication skills. Understanding or first‑hand experience with weight loss. Confident using a computer; the role involves regular online data entry and requires your own device. Qualified in First Aid. Full training and equipment will be provided. Contract Permanent, Part Time, Typically 4 hours per week. Salary $40 per hour (dependent on your experience in Health & Wellbeing). Location This role is primarily located at: Le Five Indoor Soccer, 11115 Folsom Blvd STE 200, Rancho Cordova, CA 95670, every Wednesday 7pm - 9pm.
