We are actively recruiting for passionate Outpatient Psychiatrist (MD/DO) in Flower Mound Texas who can partner with us to achieve that mission. As an Outpatient Psychiatrist, you will be joining us at a critical time in our journey, as we have ambitious growth plans and significant opportunities. Geode is hiring experienced Psychiatrist along with Residents for future start dates. You must be fully licensed in the state in which you are applying to start your role here.

Hybrid work schedule

Most of our Outpatient Psychiatrists work three days a week onsite and two days telehealth. A four-day work week is also possible. It is reasonable to expect you will do more in-person time up front, while you build up your patient case load and schedule follow ups on telehealth days.

We are an organization that employs evidence-based care and have a proven model that is significantly improving the lives of a vast majority of our patients. Our providers use a measurement-based care approach, which allows them to track outcomes through data to inform their plan of care, so they can strive to provide best-in-class psychiatric/therapeutic care. We have two Co-CMO's at the helm and all clinical decisions are made by clinical leaders.

You will be part of a team of dedicated mental health providers who all work together as colleagues to focus on providing great care. Our Psychiatrists see the benefits of having our prescribers and therapist working collaboratively, under one roof. We also have practice assistants and a full support team around you.

This Outpatient Psychiatrist role requires:

• Active license in the state of Texas
• Board Eligible or Active Board Certification in Psychiatry
• Active DEA license and active Controlled Substance license in Texas
• Passion for high-quality mental healthcare
• The desire and ability to see a general spectrum of mental health conditions and age ranges. We believe everyone deserves access to care
• Enthusiasm for supervising Advance Practice Providers (PMHNPs/PAs)
