Team IntroductionThe livestream industry has become an important growth driver for TikTok global business, creating new ways for creators to engage audiences and build sustainable businesses. Our team works with professional agencies and MCNs to expand the livestreaming ecosystem, improve agency capabilities, and deliver long-term growth across markets.

Agency Strategy and Business Growth

• Develop TikTok LIVE Latam agency growth strategies covering recruitment, retention, monetization, and sustainable business expansion.
• Design and iterate agency benefit systems, growth programs, and operating mechanisms that improve agency performance and revenue outcomes.
• Identify market opportunities and operational risks through data analysis, frontline observation, and agency feedback; turn insights into clear team priorities and execution plans.
• Build scalable agency success cases and strengthen the positive impact of working with the platform across the agency community.
• Own key business metrics, review performance regularly, diagnose gaps, and adjust strategy based on measurable results.

Team Leadership and Execution

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of agency managers, setting clear goals, operating standards, and accountability for business outcomes.
• Translate strategy into actionable plans for team members, provide timely guidance, and ensure consistent execution across agency portfolios.
• Build a high-performing team through hiring, capability development, performance management, and effective resource allocation.
• Create a fact-based decision culture in which data, market observation, and customer insight guide priorities and actions.

Global and Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work effectively in an international organization and coordinate with global and regional teams to align priorities, share best practices, and deliver cross-market initiatives.
• Partner with product, operations, policy, marketing, and other cross-functional teams to improve agency experience and business results.
• Adapt global strategies and operating models to local market conditions while ensuring clear communication and alignment across cultures, functions, and time zones.

Agency Education and Capability Building

• Develop agency enablement programs focused on operational professionalization, creator management, content quality, and revenue growth.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer from top-performing agencies and global markets to emerging agencies, translating proven practices into locally relevant guidance.
• Guide the team in delivering training through appropriate tools and social platforms, and evaluate effectiveness through agency adoption and performance improvement.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or above.
• 5 or more years of experience in the internet industry, management consulting, sales, key account management, agency management, or a related field.
• Proven people-management experience, with the ability to lead, coach, and develop a team while delivering measurable business outcomes.
• Experience working in an international organization and demonstrated ability to drive collaboration across countries, cultures, functions, and time zones.
• Strong judgment grounded in data, market observation, and customer insight; able to turn analysis into strategy and deliver results through team members.
• Strong strategic thinking and operational discipline, with experience owning growth, revenue, retention, or account performance goals.
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with external stakeholders in LATAM and internal global teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in livestreaming, content platforms, the creator economy, or digital entertainment.
• Strong understanding of cultural and content trends in LATAM, with sound commercial judgment in fast-evolving industries.
• Experience building or scaling agency, sales, account management, or partner-management teams.
