We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Auditor Assistant to support our clinical auditing and compliance processes./ppKey Responsibilities:/pulliReviews field staff documentation, at the direction of the Clinical Auditor, Clinical Manager, or Administrator, to determine completeness and compliance with Agency policy and procedures, State, Federal, and Accreditation entities rules, regulations, and laws./liliBrings field staff documentation errors/issues/concerns to the attention of the Clinical Auditor./liliWorks with field staff, as directed by the clinical auditor, to facilitate documentation corrections as assigned./liliAssists with monitoring open and closed charts regularly and participates in quarterly clinical record reviews./liliAssists in identifying Agency/patient needs and opportunities for quality improvement./liliAssists with compliance audits, as assigned, and ensures adherence to all internal processes and policies; regulatory bodies; and accreditation agencies./liliResponsible for the knowledge of policies, procedures, programs, and processes in alignment with Agency and regulatory guidelines and directives concerning compliance of home health agency./liliFunction both independently and as part of a team to deliver quality work products in a timely fashion in a fast-paced environment./li/ulpQualifications:/pulliHigh school diploma or equivalent required/liliMinimum of three (3) years experience in a healthcare setting/liliMust be at least eighteen (18) years of age/liliIf not a licensed Nurse, Home Health Aide, or Certified Nursing Assistant, must be willing to obtain certification/liliCPR certified or willing to obtain certification/liliStrong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills/liliProficient in Microsoft Word and Excel/liliAbility to self-organize, prioritize, and manage work activities efficiently/liliAbility to work independently with minimal supervision/liliCapable of handling multiple tasks with competing priorities and deadlines/liliAbility to adapt to changes in workflow, manage competing demands, and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment/liliAbility to follow standard operating procedures in a regulated environment/liliDemonstrates professionalism and serves as a positive role model within and outside the organization/li/ulpCompensation: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour At Independence Home Health, we desire to provide quality professional medical care while emphasizing the importance of individual freedom.
