Receptionist (Full-Time)

If so, Quarryville Presbyterian Retirement Community has the perfect opportunity for you. We are in search of a full-time Receptionist to join our Residential Living Customer Service team!

This full-time position is Monday through Friday, 8.30 a.m. – 4.30 p.m. Every other holiday and occasional evenings or weekends may be required.

This position primary responsibility is to ensure residents and visitors have an extraordinary experience by providing concierge style services to include:

• Greeting and directing residents, staff and as well as facilitating the visitor management process.

• Answering phone calls promptly and politely. 

• Submitting work orders and other requests as needed.

• Sorting internal and outgoing mail, as well as handle resident and building deliveries.

• Promptly directing urgent issues and/or emergencies to the appropriate department or staff person according to established guidelines.

• Coordinating fire, severe weather, and other emergency response efforts according to established guidelines.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent preferred

• At least 2 years of prior customer service experience preferred

• Demonstrate excellent customer service skills

• Basic computer skills are required
