Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough intake assessments with new clients to identify their mental health concerns and available resources.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that address the specific psychological and emotional needs of clients.
• Employ therapeutic techniques such as talk therapy to address client concerns while modeling healthy behavioral strategies.
• Facilitate ongoing evaluations of client progress, adjusting treatment approaches based on client feedback and treatment efficacy.
• Inform clients about the financial and emotional commitments associated with therapeutic engagement, ensuring transparency and trust.
• Encourage self-reflection and the development of coping skills, fostering nurturing and supportive client relationships.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
