Clinical Analyst I - Cerner

Responsibilities Three Trails Behavioral Hospital in the area of Independence, MO, is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Clinical Analyst I to support our clinical and operational teams. This role assumes responsibility and accountability for participating as part of the clinical information system team, performing liaison duties associated with the implementation, support, and maintenance for all aspects of the clinical information system. This position provides continual education to facility employees and physicians, problem tracking, resolution, ongoing enhancement requests; active participation in system testing, workflow redesign, and change management. The name Three Trails was selected to honor the historical significance of the city of Independence as the starting point for the Santa Fe and California Trails. The logo icon is a compass, symbolic of wayfinding and metaphorically the personal journey to recovery. The groundbreaking for the new hospital was held in January 2025. Beam topping was held in July 2025. The facility is expected to open in the second half of 2026.
