De opdracht richt zich op het verder ontwikkelen, implementeren, uitvoeren en borgen van een kwalitatief hoogwaardig onboardingproces voor nieuwe medewerkers binnen PI Alphen, waarbij de nadruk op de executieve medewerkers ligt.De professional zorgt ervoor dat het onboardingproces aansluit op de verschillende HR-processen en de dagelijkse praktijk van de organisatie. Daarbij wordt nauw samengewerkt met HR, leidinggevenden, planning, opleidingen en andere betrokken disciplines. Van de professional wordt verwacht dat deze zelfstandig adviseert, verbetervoorstellen ontwikkelt, deze realiseert en de organisatie ondersteunt bij de implementatie en borging van de nieuwe werkwijze.### Voorbeelden van werkzaamheden* Verantwoordelijk voor de verdere ontwikkeling van het onboardingproces. + Vertalen van HR-beleid naar een praktisch uitvoerbaar onboardingprogramma. + Inrichten en optimaliseren van de volledige onboardingcyclus. + Verbinden van onboarding met werving en selectie, arbeidsvoorwaardelijke processen, planning, en afdeling leren en ontwikkelen.* Tevens leg je een link met het SSC (projectleider Werving en Selectie), sluit je aan op landelijke ontwikkelingen en draag je zorg voor het: + Adviseren van ons HR en leidinggevenden over onboarding en de gehele employee journey. + Ontwikkelen van praktische HR-instrumenten, formats, checklists en werkinstructies. + Begeleiden van de implementatie binnen de organisatie. + Signaleren van risico's, knelpunten en verbetermogelijkheden binnen de HR-processen die raken aan onboarding.* Ten slotte het monitoren van kwaliteit, voortgang en effectiviteit van het onboardingproces. + Borgen van de werkwijze binnen HR en overdragen van kennis aan de betrokken interne collega's.### Eisen* Je hebt minimaal een afgeronde HBO opleiding.* Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar aantoonbare kennis en/of ervaring met HR-processen, zoals werving en selectie en/of onboarding en/of in-, uit- en doorstroom.### Wensen en competenties### Wensen* Je hebt 5 jaar werkervaring met het ontwikkelen en/of implementeren van HR-processen (maximaal 20 punten).* Je hebt 5 jaar werkervaring in een complexe uitvoeringsorganisatie (maximaal 20 punten).### Competenties* Teamspeler* Analyseren* Plannen en organiseren* Organisatiesensitiviteit* Je past binnen de organisatie/groep.### Organisatie & Team**Beschrijving team**De professional werkt met de HR afdeling van PI Alphen en ondersteunt de verdere professionalisering van de HR-processen rondom instroom en onboarding. De samenwerking vindt plaats met HR-adviseurs, W&S projectleider, Opleiden en Ontwikkelen coordinator en functionaris, RMA planning, en leidinggevenden binnen de verschillende afdelingen.De opdrachtgever is HR - De Dienst Justitiële Inrichtingen (DJI).### Deze voorwaarden bieden we jouAls ervaren specialist bieden wij jou passende voorwaarden.Hoog salaris bij Impact Vandaag.
