You’ll work side-by-side with doctors and a supportive team in a well-run, efficient environment where you can focus on delivering high-quality periodontal care, building meaningful patient relationships, and helping grow a thriving periodontal program — all with a consistent, set schedule and no weekends or late nights.If you’re looking for a practice where you’re valued, supported, and have the ability to earn a production-based bonus, we’d love to connect!Responsibilities:Deliver exceptional clinical care, helping patients achieve and maintain optimal oral healthPerform hygiene procedures including prophylaxis, scaling and root planing, debridement, fluoride, sealants, whitening, and localized antibiotic placementConduct thorough assessments, including periodontal charting and screening for oral cancer and other conditionsTake and interpret dental radiographsEducate patients on oral hygiene and preventative care in a way that is clear, supportive, and motivatingPartner closely with the doctor to identify and communicate restorative needsKeep appointments running on time while maintaining a high standard of care and patient experienceSupport a clean, organized, and efficient clinical environment, including sterilization and equipment maintenanceCollaborate with the full team to ensure a seamless and positive patient visit from start to finishPerform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by your ManagerFull-time BenefitsWe recognize that taking care of our team is just as important as taking care of our patients.
