Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.\n- 5+ years of Salesforce development experience.\n- 3+ years of experience supporting Public Sector or Government organizations.\n- Strong hands-on experience with:\nApex Classes and Triggers\nLightning Web Components (LWC)\nSalesforce Flow Builder\nSOQL and SOSL\nSalesforce APIs and Integrations\nCustom Objects, Validation Rules, Permissions, and Security Model\n- Experience building scalable and maintainable Salesforce applications.\n- Knowledge of Salesforce deployment and release management processes.\n- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.\n- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
