Anesthesiologist

The Hospitals of Providence East Campus is seeking a General Anesthesiologist to join their physician-led anesthesia practice in El Paso, TX. This W-2 employed position offers meaningful, high-acuity work within an MD-led Care Team Model, supported by CRNAs and Anesthesia Assistants. The role emphasizes a clear, defined scope of practice, allowing providers to focus on patient care without the burden of an unmanageable schedule.

Practice Info

• Practice model: W-2 employment with an MD-led Care Team Model
• Support staff: CRNAs and Anesthesia Assistants
• Defined scope: No chronic pain management, cardiac anesthesia, office-based anesthesiology, or acute pain service
• Facility: 218-bed hospital with 8 ORs, 4 endoscopy rooms, 24-bed ICU, Level III NICU, and a 38-bed ED pursuing Level II Trauma Center designation
• Setting: Growing Far East El Paso campus with $20M in recent facility expansions

Compensation
