Plant and Value Chain Optimization Director

Drax seeks a Plant and Value Chain Optimization Director to lead performance, efficiency, and decarbonization across its energy generation assets and supply chain. Reporting into Executive, Management & Leadership, you will design and execute optimization strategies that enhance reliability, lower cost, and support Drax’s zero-carbon ambitions. You will leverage data, analytics, and process improvement to drive plant performance, coordinate with trading and commercial teams, and oversee cross-functional projects that transform how energy is generated, supplied, and utilized in a safe, sustainable way.
