Buscamos enfermeras registradas (RN) con la compasión y habilidades necesarias para ofrecer servicios a nuestros clientes. En este rol, realizarás visitas domiciliarias de manera independiente para llevar a cabo evaluaciones funcionales, psicosociales y de seguridad ambiental, determinar la elegibilidad de los inscritos y establecer un plan de atención individual que les permita permanecer de manera segura en casa a pesar de sus necesidades de cuidados a largo plazo. Tus talentos para escuchar y comunicarte con una población culturalmente diversa, que incluye cuidadores y otros proveedores, junto con tus habilidades de gestión del tiempo serán claves para tu éxito.
