What You’ll Do Client Experience & Relationship Building Conduct client meetings and reviews to understand goals and deliver personalized solutions. Build lasting relationships through proactive communication and attentive service. Maintain accurate client records in CRM and planning tools. Financial Plan Development Create and implement holistic financial plans covering investments, retirement, tax, insurance, and estate planning. Collaborate with advisors to analyze and apply planning strategies tailored to each client. Plan Monitoring & Service Track progress of existing financial plans and adjust as client needs evolve. Partner with senior advisors to deliver timely follow-ups and plan updates. Team Collaboration Contribute expertise and support to colleagues across the firm. Share knowledge and participate in joint problem-solving to elevate overall client service. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree. 5+ years of experience as a Financial Advisor in a planning capacity. Series 65 license (required). CFP® designation or willingness to pursue (firm-supported). Strong relationship-building and communication skills. Experience with planning software (eMoney or MoneyGuidePro preferred).
