Pay Range: $1,850 weekly
Schedule: Nights, 36 hours per week (Note: Includes Night Shift)
Contract Length: 13 to 26 weeks

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience as an RN overall
• Qualified applicants MUST have at least 1–3 years of experience in a correctional setting
• Valid Registered Nurse license and willingness to obtain Virginia licensure

Responsibilities:
As a healthcare professional in a corrections facility, you’ll play a critical role in serving a unique and often underserved patient population. Your care will directly impact patient safety, wellness, and rehabilitation. Your responsibilities include:

• Conducting comprehensive nursing assessments and delivering acute and chronic care within the RN scope.
• Managing medication administration, triage, and emergency responses according to correctional healthcare standards.
• Utilizing electronic medical records (EMR) to accurately document care, treatment plans, and follow-up, ensuring HIPAA compliance.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams within a secure, structured environment to support patient safety and wellness.
