Join Allied Universal as an Armed Patrol Officer at a busy retail location, where you will drive throughout assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents. This role combines customer service, communication, and rapid response while supporting a caring, agile, and reliable team that puts people first and acts with integrity every day.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or shoppers by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including documenting details and communicating with local management and/or public emergency responders when needed.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the store, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas to help to deter theft, trespassing, and/or disorderly conduct while maintaining a professional presence.
• Support retail location operations by following post orders, reporting security-related concerns, and assisting with access control, deliveries, and/or after-hours checks as directed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess 3 or more years of combined law enforcement, corrections, and/or military experience, or 5 or more years of armed security-related experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Possess a Level III Armed Certification for Texas only.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
