APARTMENT MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT

BENTONVILLE, AR

SCHEDULE: M-F (8:00AM - 5:00PM)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: WORKING WITH MAINTENANCE TEAM TO ENSURE ALL APARTMENTS ARE "MADE READY" FOR TENANTS MOVING IN. COMPLETING BASIC REMODEL NEEDS SUCH AS PAINTING, TOUCH UP, GENERAL CLEANING, MINOR REPAIRS AND GENERAL INSPECTIONS. ENSURING GROUNDS ARE KEPT TIDY AND GENERAL MAINTENANCE PERFORMED ON OUTSIDE RAILINGS, WALKS, ETC...
