Physical Therapist | Full-Time | Outpatient Seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join an outpatient team, providing evidence-based, individualized care for a diverse patient population with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions. Responsibilities include Conducting comprehensive evaluations and developing personalized treatment plans Delivering treatments to improve mobility, strength, and quality of life Collaborating with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members Educating patients on injury prevention, wellness, and home exercises Maintaining accurate documentation using Raintree EMR and Scribe AI technology Managing a caseload of approximately 10-12 patients daily Contributing to a positive, patient-centered clinic culture Qualifications include Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent Current Texas license or eligibility CPR certification, and enthusiasm for professional growth.
