Level I - Radiology Technologist - $28-40 per hour

UCHealth Colorado is hiring a Radiology Technologist Level I located at UCHealth Medical Center of the Rockies in Loveland, Colorado. This staff position is ongoing, 40 hours per week, with a PRN work schedule (average 0 hours per pay period over 2 weeks). Pay ranges from $28.38 to $39.74 per hour, depending on experience. Summary Performs various imaging procedures in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice and with the policies, values, and mission of the organization. Responsibilities Reviews patient history, physician orders, and performs scheduling. Educates patients regarding procedures, equipment, and exams to ensure understanding and cooperation. When ordered, prepares and administers contrast media and/or medications within scope of practice. Monitors patient condition continually and reports/responds to changes as appropriate. Prepares equipment and supplies, selects appropriate exposure factors and imaging parameters. Implements safety standards and performs quality control procedures on equipment. Troubleshoots, resolves, and reports equipment malfunctions as necessary. Positions patient and performs imaging procedures. Analyzes results and identifies issues with image quality; takes appropriate action, including re‑positioning and repeating procedure. Enters and transmits images. May work with radiology students. Operates with critical thinking, decisive judgment, and minimal supervision in a fast‑paced environment. Requirements Education: Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program. Licensure/Certification: Registered Radiologic Technologist (R) with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists. Specialty ARRT certification(s) required if applicable. State licensure if required by law. Basic Life Support: BLS Healthcare Provider. Card verified within 60 days of hire. Experience: None required. Benefits Pay range: $28.38 - $39.74 per hour.
