Superior Fence & Rail of Arkansas is looking for a talented Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, youll be at the forefront of presenting and selling the features and benefits of our premium fencing solutions while meeting the needs of our customers, providing top notch customer service and tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers in needs-based conversations to understand their challenges and provide tailored solutions.
• Prospect for new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and consistent follow-up efforts.
• Set and manage appointments to maintain or exceed your sales targets.
• Build lasting relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and encouraging repeat business.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for driving sales.
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive advantage.
• Provide exceptional customer service from initial contact through to post-sale follow-up, ensuring a smooth experience for every client.

• Knowledge of the fencing industry or related products is a plus, but not required.
