Security Analyst:
San Antonio, TX/LOCALS ONly Looking for: hands-on experience performing account discovery or access reviews, not just general security work Are comfortable working with large datasets and ambiguous environments (data may be incomplete or inconsistent) Demonstrate strong attention to detail and investigative mindset Have experience collaborating with both technical teams and business stakeholders Understand account authority concepts (roles, privileges, access scope, group inheritance) Have worked in regulated or audit-driven environments (highly preferred)
Identity & Access Management (IAM) / Account Discovery - 5+ years of experience ; Experience identifying accounts, roles, entitlements, and access across enterprise systems Data Analysis & Access Validation- 4+ years of experience; Ability to analyze large datasets, validate account attributes, and identify anomalies (e.g., orphaned or excessive privileges)
Security & Risk Assessment- 3+ years of experience- Understanding of privilege levels, access risks, and compliance requirements (SOX, NIST, ISO, etc.) To identify the right candidate, prioritize individuals who:
- Have hands-on experience performing account discovery or access reviews, not just general security work
- Are comfortable working with large datasets and ambiguous environments (data may be incomplete or inconsistent)
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and investigative mindset
- Have experience collaborating with both technical teams and business stakeholders

- Can operate independently while contributing to a team of 8 analysts working in parallel
