Job Type/Status: Full Time Salary: $19-$21 per hour Duties and Responsibilities: Assists with the admission process on new client admissions and orientation procedures and schedules. Co-facilitate all orientation groups and daily living skills groups. Know where clients are at all times. Provides liaison with staff to ensure all clients’ needs are met. Provides supervision of meals, including supervision of servers and clean‑up crew after each meal. Ensures garbage is disposed of properly after each meal. Monitors rooms to ensure cleanliness after each activity. Participates in required staff training and staff meetings as scheduled. Supervises clients with emphasis on client safety and well‑being. Reminds clients of program rules and regulations and reports infractions appropriately. Provides emotional support for clients while referring them to therapy staff to address clinical issues. Completes all assigned paperwork in a neat, accurate and timely manner. Completes incident reports according to policy in a timely, accurate manner. Communicates with other staff as necessary to promote quality client care. Observes and reports safety and maintenance problems. Exercises sound professional judgment and seeks assistance as necessary to manage client behavior effectively. Follows all company policies and procedures. Requirements: High School Graduate/GED required. At least two years working with individuals in the behavioral health field. Current driver’s license with a good driving record of at least three years. English–Spanish bilingual and lived experience preferred.
