Are you interested in a career in event planning? We have an Experience and Events Coordinator role that will help you get started with an event planning career. We are looking for an event coordinator that is passionate about event planning and is customer service oriented. This role will be responsible for providing administrative support for account management, contributing to objectives for retention, profitability, and training backfill. It will involve a mix of project management, event coordination, client support, and administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and support logistics for conferences, conventions, and company events Manage event materials, SWAG inventory, and gift programs Assist with vendor coordination and travel arrangements (up to 15% travel required) Provide project management and administrative support for the events team Collaborate across departments to ensure successful event execution Skills & Qualifications Strong communication, organization, and project management skills Excellent attention to detail with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to work independently while maintaining confidentiality Familiarity with Monday.com or other project management tools is a plus Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of related experience preferred Typing speed of 40 WPM or higher with accuracy Vendor management experience preferred Work Environment Hybrid schedule: 3 days in office, 2 days remote (flexibility required based on business needs) Office environment with periods of sitting and standing Ability to lift up to 40 lbs Some travel required US Work Authorization US Work Authorization required.
