Job Title:Business Account Representative (Entry Level)

MCL Talent Partners is hiring on behalf of a client in the Cape Girardeau, MO area for a full-time Business Account Representative position. This is a client-facing opportunity centered around meeting with local business owners, developing strong professional relationships, and helping clients review available services and solutions for their teams. The role is in-person and relationship-driven, with training, mentorship, and ongoing guidance provided from the beginning.

This opportunity is based in Cape Girardeau and may also be a good fit for candidates commuting from Sikeston, Perryville, Dexter, and surrounding Southeast Missouri communities.

No prior industry experience is required. Candidates with backgrounds in customer service, sales, hospitality, retail, or other people-focused roles are encouraged to apply.

What You'll Do

• Meet with business owners and decision-makers in person
• Build and maintain professional client relationships
• Conduct scheduled appointments and follow up as needed
• Present available solutions and services in a clear, professional manner
• Provide ongoing support to client accounts
• Participate in onboarding, coaching, and training

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Coachable, motivated, and comfortable working independently
• Professional attitude and solid work ethic
• Sales or customer-facing experience is helpful, but not required
• Valid driver's license required
• Comfortable with travel within the assigned territory and in-person client meetings
• Licensing is required; support is provided through the onboarding process

Compensation: Performance-based | Target first year earnings $41,200 - $84,700+, depending on performance
