If you have at least one year of experience and love the art of coffee-making, we’d love to hear from you!

As a Barista at Agoura Hills, you’ll be the friendly face behind the counter, crafting delicious beverages and ensuring every customer leaves with a smile. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Preparing high-quality coffee, espresso drinks, and other beverages with precision and care.
• Providing exceptional customer service by welcoming guests, taking orders, and answering questions about our menu.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including equipment, counters, and seating areas.
• Managing inventory by restocking supplies and communicating any shortages to the team.
• Collaborating with team members to create a positive and efficient work environment.

We’re seeking a candidate who brings both skill and enthusiasm to the role. To be successful, you’ll need:

• At least 1 year of experience as a Barista or in a similar role.
• A strong understanding of coffee preparation techniques and equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with customers and team members.
• The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow with our team.
