Details Work in the Respiratory Therapy department of a 171-bed community hospital and regional referral center Level III Trauma Center and Certified Chest Pain Center Joint Commission Accredited facility Night shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM Every other weekend required Floating may be required within a 25-mile radius of the facility 13-week contract Requirements Active Arizona Respiratory Therapist (RT) license required Current certifications required: BLS, PALS, NRP, and NBRC AHA certifications required Minimum 1–2 years of respiratory therapy experience Social Security number and date of birth required for consideration License required if applicable Additional Information Located in Lake Havasu City, AZ — a scenic outdoor recreation destination near Las Vegas (2.5 hrs), Phoenix (3.25 hrs), and the Grand Canyon (3.5 hrs) Candidates must reside more than 60 miles from the facility to be eligible for this travel assignment Candidates who have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months are not eligible Candidates who are employed full-time elsewhere are not eligible First-time travelers will be considered for this position American Traveler Job ID #P-709186.
