The unit has a total of 30 beds. Patient-to-nurse ratios are typically 1:5 or 1:6. The equipment used includes an electronic medical record system. Candidates should possess strong teamwork skills and a flexible work schedule. The dress code requires navy scrubs. Hoodies and non-scrub jackets are not allowed. Candidates must be available every day during the first week for onboarding. This role requires a positive attitude and a collaborative spirit. Completion of required onboarding education modules is necessary before starting.
