What We Are Looking For: We are seeking a professional and motivatedUnarmed Security Officersto join our team. This position is responsible for partnering with the client and operations team on day-to-day activities. Professional appearance with strong administrative and people skills are required. Your Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional customer service to clients, visitors and team members.Oversee front desk operations including visitor management and access control.Handle administrative tasks such as verifying/maintaining access logs, monitoring CCTV and emails.Communicate effectively with clients, visitors, and team members on day-day operations.Use strong written skills to complete accurate and detailed daily activity reports.Conduct hourly foot patrols throughout the building .Observe, survey, and report on activities at your assigned post.Respond quickly and appropriately to critical incidents and emergencies. What Were Looking For: Minimum of 1 year customer service experience.Excellent skills in customer service, communication and multitasking, while working well under pressure.Must be at least 18 years of age.Ability to stand/walk for extended periods of time.High school diploma or equivalent (GED).Authorized to work in the United States.Strong, stable work history.Must pass a drug test and background screening.Reliable transportation required.
