Back of House Team Members are the foundation of the guest experience at Colleyville Blvd. & Main Chick-fil-A the skilled, safety-minded kitchen crew that makes great-tasting food possible on every shift. This role is built on precision, care, and a commitment to doing things the right way: following food safety protocols, executing recipes with accuracy, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen that the whole team can be proud of. BOH Team Members are mission-critical to every plate of food that goes out the window.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and produce food according to Chick-fil-A's recipe standards with consistency and care.
• Follow all food safety protocols on every shift no shortcuts, no exceptions.
• Monitor temperatures, hold times, and portion accuracy to protect food quality for every guest.
• Keep your station and the kitchen clean, organized, and guest-ready at all times.
• Support daypart transitions by resetting and restocking the kitchen efficiently.
• Minimize waste through accurate prep forecasting and LEAN kitchen practices.
• Be a reliable, positive presence that your team can count on every shift.

What We're Looking For

• Detail-oriented and thorough you take pride in doing things right the first time.
• Reliable and consistent you show up on time and give full effort every shift.
• Able to work with focus and speed in a warm, high-energy kitchen environment.
• A team player who communicates well and takes direction from leadership.
• Coachable and eager to learn prior kitchen experience is a plus, but not required.
• Committed to food safety and quality as non-negotiables, not optional.

Physical Requirements & Schedule

• Must be available to work weekends (Saturday availability required).
• Ability to lift and carry 1040 lbs on a regular basis.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time throughout each shift.
• Ability to work in a warm kitchen environment for the duration of your shift.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions as needed.
• Flexible schedule availability across dayparts.
• Reliable transportation required.
