Production Manager
\nWe are hiring for a top client in the metals manufacturing space!
\n \nWhat you'll do
\n- \n
- Lead and coach a team of powder coat operators and support staff \n
- Oversee pretreatment, powder booth, and cure oven operations \n
- Drive production scheduling to hit delivery targets \n
- Own quality: first-pass yield, defect reduction, color and finish consistency \n
- Champion safety and a clean, organized shop \n
- Partner with engineering, quality, and production on continuous improvement \n
What you bring
\n- \n
- Powder coating industry experience strongly preferred \n
- Metals manufacturing background also welcome if powder coat isn't your history \n
- Supervisory or management experience in a manufacturing environment \n
- Working knowledge of powder coat processes: pretreatment, booth/line operations, cure ovens, e-coat a plus \n
- A hands-on, floor-first leadership style \n
