QC Specialist II – Laboratory Information

Location: Portsmouth, NH, USA

We are looking for a QC Specialist II to join our team in Portsmouth, NH. This position will be Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM. In this role, you will support laboratory operations and help ensure the quality and delivery of life-changing therapies.

What You Will Do

• You receive, label, and store laboratory samples accurately and safely
• You coordinate and prepare shipments to external partners and testing sites
• You maintain and manage laboratory documentation and controlled records
• You support cell bank handling, including receipt, storage, and release activities
• You perform sample dispensing using aseptic techniques
• You collaborate with teams to resolve issues and support smooth operations
• You contribute to process improvements and support audit readiness

What We Are Looking For

• You have experience in a laboratory or regulated environment (quality control is a plus)
• You hold an associate's degree in a science field or equivalent experience
• You have strong attention to detail and can follow procedures accurately
• You can manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• You communicate clearly and work well within a team environment
• You are motivated to learn and take on new challenges
• You demonstrate a commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement
