Exciting Opportunity for a Family Medicine Physician

Our organization is thrilled to announce a full-time position for a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician to become a part of our Davenport Family Practice team.

Position Highlights

• Full-time employment at our Davenport, IA Health Plaza location.
• Attractive compensation package with a 2-year income guarantee of $290,000 annually, plus performance incentives.
• Bonus package totaling $150,000.
• Join a collaborative team consisting of 10 physicians and 4 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs).
• Supportive work schedule designed to promote work-life balance.
• Shared call system, phone-only, with a rotation of 1:20.
• Onsite access to a variety of services including primary care, pediatrics, lab, imaging, and urgent care.
• Eligibility for Public Service Loan Forgiveness.
• Relocation assistance of up to $15,000.
• Generous paid time off, including 4 weeks of vacation, 1 week for continuing medical education (CME), and 6 paid holidays.
• CME allowance of $6,000.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree.
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine.
• Ability to secure and maintain an unrestricted medical license in Iowa.
• Current state and federal authority to prescribe and administer medications relevant to the practice.
• Eligibility to work in the United States (H1-B cap exempt/J1 waiver).
