We are excited to announce an opportunity for Board Eligible / Board Certified Family Medicine physicians to become part of our three distinct Family Medicine practices located in Fort Wayne, Indiana .

Position Overview

• Employment Type: Full-time
• Work Schedule: Flexible hours designed to promote a healthy work-life balance
• Patient Contact: 36 hours per week, complemented by 4 hours dedicated to administrative tasks
• Vacation: Enjoy 6 weeks of vacation each year
• Typical Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM, with the possibility of extended hours
• Work Week Options: Choose between a 4- or 5-day work week
• Call Rotation: 1:30
• Supervision: Oversee Advanced Practice Providers

  • Located on the Southwest side of Fort Wayne with convenient access to Interstate 69
  • Clinical support team includes RNs, LPNs, and Medical Assistants
• 10515 Illinois Road, Fort Wayne, IN 46814
  • New practice location established due to growth
  • Current team consists of 3 physicians and 1 Advanced Practice Provider
• 6513 E. State Street, Fort Wayne, IN 46807
  • Located in Georgetown, this is another new practice site due to expansion
