Quality Supervisor Details:

• Direct Hire position
• $ 50,000.00 to $ 70,000.00 / annually
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 04:00pm)

Responsibilities:

• Lead quality assurance and quality control operations, ensuring compliance with company standards, customer requirements, regulatory guidelines, and maintaining all quality documentation, audits, and corrective action processes.
• Serve as the primary customer quality contact, handling customer inquiries, complaints, audits, quality reviews, and presenting quality performance metrics and corrective action plans.
• Analyze production and quality data to identify trends, conduct root cause analysis, implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with production, engineering, maintenance, supply chain, suppliers, and vendors to improve product quality, operational efficiency, and resolve quality-related issues.
• Monitor and improve key quality performance indicators, including scrap, rework, customer complaints, non-conformances, and supplier quality performance while fostering a culture of quality, accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.

Quality Supervisor Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of quality experience within a manufacturing or production environment.
• 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Experience interacting directly with customers regarding quality issues, audits, and corrective actions.
• Experience with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, AS9100, or similar quality management systems.
• Proficiency in root cause analysis
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and quality management software.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
