Master Electrician

Our client, a leading provider of electrical services supporting residential and commercial projects, is seeking a Master Electrician to join their team. As a Master Electrician, you will be part of the electrical operations supporting the Richmond region. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully in the organization. Pay Range: $100,000 - $120,000 Shift: 1st shift What's the Job? Lead day-to-day electrical service operations across residential and commercial projects Supervise electricians, journeymen, and apprentices in the field Serve as the Qualifying Individual (QI) for the company’s Virginia electrical license Ensure all work complies with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and Virginia building codes Coordinate inspections including rough‑in, trench, and final inspections What's Needed? Active Virginia Master Electrician License (DPOR) Ability to serve as the company’s Qualifying Individual (QI) Minimum 8 years electrical experience, including residential and commercial work Prior experience supervising electricians or electrical crews Strong working knowledge of NEC and Virginia code requirements What's in it for me?
