Cambridge Nursing and Rehab offers competitive pay and benefits including 401k, health insurance, sick and vacation pay.Responsibilities include:Provide professional nursing services in the care and treatment of residents.Supervise and instruct others, as well as give guidance and direction to CNAs and other auxiliary personnel assigned to the unit when in charge.Must have the ability to keep records and properly document and make reports.Must have the ability to apply general nursing techniques and practices.Will be required to provide professional nursing care according to physician orders.Must be able to abide by the department policies and procedures as well as interpret them to personnel, residents and the public.You will be required to maintain safety and comfort for all residents.You will be required to cooperate with all other services to implant good resident care.
