Supports the continual operation of a training managment systemPreform audit(s) of all web-based training completion, issued qualifications and, training eligibility for all students attending trainingManages day of class set-up for all training programsCreates and maintains documentation for all processes and proceduresMonitors Flight Attendant Initial Operating ExperienceCoordinates with the FAA, DOD, IOSA, IEP etc. to provide timely and accurate data for auditsPerforms system-associated registration activities, including but not limited to report generation and specific assignment of flight attendants to trainingProvides records and/or systems explanations to internal and external customers as requestedCoordinates with Base Operations, Training Support Desk, APFA and Crew Scheduling to resolve Flight Attendant qualification issuesFlex to support additional duties, as neededAll you'll need for successMinimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job ExperienceHigh school diploma or GED 0-2 years of relavant experienceAdvanced knowledge of FOS and associated systemsPreferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job ExperienceBachelor’s degree or equivalent work experienceSkills, Licenses & CertificationsAdvanced knowledge of MS Office suite including Excel and AccessKnowledge of Enterprise Learning Management SystemStrong interpersonal skillsMust be able to handle shifting priorities and work independently Strong task organizational skills with adherence to developed business practices to ensure a high degree of accuracyAbility to coordinate task(s) amongst team, as needed What you'll getFeel free to take advantage of all that American Airlines has to offer: Travel Perks: Ready to explore the world?
