Opportunity Highlights Schedule: 11-15 shifts per month (3 weeks per month); 10-hour shifts; shift times vary: 6a-4p, 8a-6p, 12p-10p, 3p-1a, 9p-6a; $25/hour incentive for confirmed night shifts Job Setting: Inpatient; Community Emergency Department; 22 beds (15 rooms and 7 hallway beds); Level 3 Trauma Center; No Call Types of Cases: Annual ED volume of just over 30,000 patients; approximately 23 patients per shift; single to triple physician coverage throughout the day; tele-stroke for stroke activations; 24/7 cardiac cath lab; most specialties covered with the exception of Neurosurgery/Neurology (25% coverage), GI (80% coverage), and Orthopedics (90% coverage - short term); newborn deliveries received in ED; L&D department on site Credentialing: Estimated 30 days; temporary privileges available; providers must have a clean file without NPDB reports or other red flags; priv app must be returned within 1-2 business days of receipt Minimum Requirements Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Certified required; ABEM only (ABIM/ABFM not accepted) Certifications: DEA Required Licensure: Active Washington State license required, will consider IMLC About VISTA Staffing A ClearlyRated Best of Staffing Client and Talent 10-Year Diamond Award winner, VISTA has 30 years of experience optimizing continuity of care for hospitals, medical practices and government agencies across the US.
