Sustain cleanliness of community amenities. Freshen apartments as needed. Report repair issues as necessary. Assist maintenance staff. Provide excellent customer service to our residents. Requirements One year of janitorial and/or grounds experience is preferred. Valid driver's license and proof of insurance required, along with a clean criminal background and pre-employment drug testing. High School Diploma or Equivalent.
