Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will conduct thorough evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans to facilitate patient recovery.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical abilities and limitations.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans based on evaluation findings.
• Utilize various therapeutic techniques and modalities to support patient recovery.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, to optimize patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation goals, techniques, and home exercise programs.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments and treatments.
• Stay current with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Valid and unrestricted Physical Therapist license.
• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Commitment to providing high-quality patient-centered care.

Additional Requirements

• Current BLS certification issued through the American Heart Association.
• Completion of a skills checklist within one year of submission for specialty.
• Two professional references from work history in the past three years, including one from a supervisor.
• Completion of a negative drug screen and background check prior to employment.
• Pre-employment physical examination signed by a healthcare provider.
• Proof of immunizations and TB screening as required.
