A legal background and J.D. is preferred5 years’ work experience in contract administration/law and vendor contracts, including IT and licensing contractsProficient with artificial intelligence and other relevant software/toolsUnderstanding of contract law and relevant legal principles is crucialPrecision in reviewing and drafting contracts to avoid errors and ambiguitiesAbility to engage in effective and fair negotiations to achieve favorable outcomes that comply with legal and organizational requirementsCapability to manage and prioritize multiple contracts and deadlinesClear and concise communication, both written and verbal, is essentialAbility to issue spot, assess risks, and make informed decisions in the best interest of the organizationUnderstanding of business operations and industry dynamicsPhysical Demands / Working Environment:We require the ability to pass a drug screen and background checks.
