14115 - Sr IT Talent Supply Chain Consultant (Hybrid) Job Reference: 14115 - Posted 02-Apr-2026 Our Senior Talent Supply Chain Consultant provides expertise to hiring managers for the facilitation of procuring the services of temporary and/or contract employees to meet a client’s current workforce need and is responsible for: Perform consultation call with hiring managers and supply chain to assess needs and determine best sourcing strategies to ensure acquisition of the best talent Utilization of procurement technologies to facilitate fulfillment of role and move requisition through client’s internal processes Supports the financial processes related to timecard & expense management, invoicing, corrections, and negotiate bill rates to ensure they are aligned to market rates Monitors and updates KPIs, scorecards, and other reports Coordinate and schedule interviews for hiring managers Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experience: Understand how Performance Indicators (KPI) and Service Level Agreements (SLA) are met by taking an active role in continuous improvement and service delivery and how scorecards is impacted Proficiency in data analysis to inform strategic decisions and identify opportunities for operational improvement Strong project and program management skills to oversee the implementation of strategic initiatives Strong knowledge of SR. VMS technology to be able to operate efficiently and trouble‑shoot issues when client or suppliers elevate Ability to build and manage relationships with key stakeholders and garner support for strategic initiatives Seeking minimum of 5+ years of client and program management experience, with the ability to master procurement technology tools, manage client facing interactions, and provide guidance on different delivery solutions. Must be willing to travel to the client site every 4-6 weeks. Base pay range for this position is $61,575– $82,100 per year. Final annual compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.
