Quality Inspector

Responsibilities Inspect key products to confirm compliance with specifications and quality standards. Act as a technical point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders. Evaluate and resolve non-conformities using sound technical judgment. Support production schedules while maintaining rigorous quality standards. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce repeat non-conformances. But what else? (benefits, specificities, etc.) Requirements Apprenticeship or NVQ Level 3 in a relevant discipline, plus extensive inspection experience (essential) Strong knowledge of quality systems and problem-solving techniques. Ability to work independently and make informed decisions with confidence. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset to coach and support others. Adaptability and flexibility to work across multiple shift patterns, including weekends.
