We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Pediatric Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality nursing care to children with complex medical needs in a pediatric care setting. This is a full-time, day-shift position offering a consistent weekday schedule with no nights, weekends, or major holidays.

About the Role

This position involves providing direct nursing care to pediatric patients with medical complexities.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to pediatric patients with medical complexities.
• Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Educate families regarding patient care and treatment plans.
• Respond appropriately to changes in patient condition and emergencies.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with all nursing standards, policies, and regulations.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience.
• Pediatric nursing experience preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
