About the Role
Looking for a hands-on, fast-paced job where no two weekends are the same? At JP's Estate Sales we transform homes into fully staged shopping experienceshelping families navigate important life transitions while creating organized, high-energy estate sales. From everyday household items to unique and valuable finds, every sale is different, and every day brings something new. Staging & Setup
- Organize and stage household items to create clean, visually appealing displays
- Assist with moving and placing furniture, decor, and sale items safely
- Maintain a professional and organized environment
- Tag and price items accurately (furniture, household goods, tools, collectibles, etc.)
- Help maintain consistent pricing and clean presentation throughout the sale
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner
- Answer questions and help shoppers throughout the sale
- Process payments and assist with packing items
- Assist with promoting sales through social media and local outreach
- Help capture photos/videos of sale items when needed
- Assist with breakdown, cleanup, and organizing remaining items
- Support donation and removal efforts after the sale
- Experience in retail, customer service, or estate sales is a plus (but not required)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lift and move items safely
- Friendly, reliable, and team-oriented
- Good communication skills
- Interest in antiques, collectibles, or resale is a bonus
- Must be available weekends (FridaysSundays)
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation required
- Must be able to pass a background check
