Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Plastic Surgeon with Fellowship Training in Hand Surgery

Penn State Health Medical Group is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Plastic Surgeon with fellowship training in Hand Surgery to join an established practice in Harrisburg, PA.

The Penn State Health Plastic Surgery team is known for high-quality patient care of traumatic, oncologic and congenital conditions in patients of all ages, as well as the multidisciplinary Esteem Aesthetic Surgery Clinic. Penn State Health is an integrated academic health system serving patients and communities across 15 counties in central Pennsylvania. Our mission is to improve health through patient care, research, education, and community outreach.

• Opportunity to build an elective hand surgery practice while practicing the full range of plastic surgery, including breast reconstruction, hand, craniofacial and cosmetic surgery.

Requirements

• MD, DO, or equivalent degree
• BC/BE in Plastic Surgery with fellowship training in Hand Surgery
• Ability to acquire a license to practice in the State of Pennsylvania
• Must be able to obtain valid federal and state narcotics certificates
• A strong commitment to patient care, medical student and resident education, research/scholarly activity and an academic perspective on clinical care necessary
