If you're passionate about making a meaningful impact through your work and contributing to a mission of compassionate care, we invite you to apply today and join our Mercy family.ResponsibilitiesThe Senior Executive Assistant is responsible for assisting in the smooth operation of the Executive Suite and providing high-level administrative support to members of the Executive Team through performance of such duties as:Managing complex calendars in Outlook and coordinating meetingsCoordinate and support monthly Board of Director and other committee meetingsServe as the primary point of contact by answering and directing calls and emails in a prompt and courteous mannerOversee day-to-day operations of the Executive Suite like ordering office supplies, managing facilities requests, opening and reviewing mail, and preparing for meetingsPreparing invoice paymentsAs a key representative of Mercy and the Executive Team, the Senior Executive Assistant is often the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. The successful candidate will demonstrate professionalism, adaptability, and a commitment to providing exceptional support while representing Mercy's values and mission.RequirementsMust possess a high school diploma or GED, college degree preferred3-5 years of executive-level administrative support experience, preferably for a CEO or similar roleMust be fully proficient in the Microsoft Office SuiteMin USD $31.11/Hr.Max USD $56.00/Hr.Compensation decisions are made in alignment with internal equity, role scope, and market data to ensure fair and consistent pay practices.
