Pay: $14.00–$16.00 per hour, based on experience

SYNERGY HomeCare of Kinston is looking for dependable Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) and Caregivers to provide quality in-home care in the Trent Woods and New Bern area!

As a member of our caregiving team, you'll help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.
Responsibilities may include:
Assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
Providing companionship and meaningful social engagement
Helping with meal preparation and light housekeeping
Providing medication reminders
Following individualized client care plans
Communicating professionally with clients, families, and the SYNERGY HomeCare team
Arriving on time and consistently fulfilling scheduled shifts
Compassionate individuals who genuinely enjoy helping others
Dependable caregivers who understand the importance of consistent care
Previous caregiving or personal care experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable transportation to and from client assignments
Ability to work independently and follow individualized care plans
A commitment to treating clients with dignity, patience, and respect
