A total of 100 guestrooms and suites with private outdoor terraces, a new Italian dining concept with indoor and outdoor seating and its rooftop Bellini Restaurant and Bar provide guests with attentive European service, complimented by luxury accommodations and amenities.Your Role As A BusserWe are looking for a Busser to support our wait staff and set up our dining areas.Busser responsibilities include serving plates, glasses and silverware, refilling beverages and cleaning tables. If you enjoy a fast-paced way of working and want to kickstart your career in the hospitality industry, we'd like to meet you.Ultimately, you will ensure our daily operations run smoothly and our guests have a pleasant dining experience.Essential Functions And Basic Duties:Prepare dining areas before guests are seatedDecorate tables with candles, napkins, linens and flowersPlace tableware and condiments on tablesServe water and welcome snacks, like breadsticksRefill beverages and take ordersRemove dirty utensils and replenish, as neededProvide special silverware sets to families with young childrenClean and reset tables after guests leaveMaintain health and safety regulations in all kitchen and dining areasRequirements And Skills:Work experience as a Busser, Food Runner, or other entry-level role in a restaurant is a plusFlexibility to work in shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidaysUnderstanding of hygiene and food safety rulesPhysical ability and stamina to carry heavy trays and stand for long hoursAbility to multitask and remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environmentDegree in hospitality or restaurant management is a plusQualification Standards:Education: High school or equivalent education preferred.Experience Required: Minimum one year serving experience required.Licenses or Certificates: Ability to obtain and/or maintain any government required licenses, certificates or permits.Grooming: All Employees must maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance per Cipriani standards.Ready To Join Our Team?We understand your time is valuable, and that is why we have a very quick and easy application process.
