They will operation with greater independence and accountability, managing lower-volume and moderate to high-sensitivity requests. Additionally, the Overnight Coordinator ensures continuity of operations and provides clear documentation and handoff communication to day teams. This role entails greater ownership, independence, and accountability, serving as the primary on-site point of contact during off-hours and supporting access control, security protocols, and front-desk operations. They will report to the Manager, Guest Reception.What You'll Do: Customer Experience & Front Desk OperationsGreet employees and authorized guests with professionalism; review access permissions and process identification efficientlyDeliver a high level of customer service, representing NBCUniversal and Global Security OperationsAnswer phones and respond to email requests in a timely and professional mannerAccess Control & Administrative OperationsProcess onboarding and offboarding requests, ensuring accurate access provisioning and removalMaintain and monitor access control systems, including badge access, guest entry, and restricted area authorizationPartner with internal teams and organizations to generate access reports, modify access, and support guest admissionsOvernight Operations & Incident ResponseServe as the primary on-site coordinator during overnight hours, ensuring continuous operational coverageOperate with a high degree of independence, making informed decisions aligned with established protocolsMonitor for unusual activity and initiate prompt notifications; respond to incidents calmly and effectively with professionalismEnsure accurate documentation of shift activity, incidents, and follow-ups, providing clear communication handoff to day teamsOperational SupportAssist with coverage of the Employee Registration office and Executive Security Reception Desk, as neededFollow all established processes and protocols while maintaining compliance and consistencyActively participate in training programs and apply learned procedures in daily operationsQualificationsWhat You Must Have1+ years of experience in Guest Reception, Hospitality, Customer Service, Security, or related fieldExperience issuing guest and employee credentials and working with access control systemsProficiency in MS Office Suite and web-based applicationsStrong attention to detail and ability to follow established processes consistentlyAbility to maintain a professional presence and positive demeanorDemonstrated reliability and accountability in a 24/7 environmentAbility to work independently and make sound decisions during overnight hoursAvailability to work overnight shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidaysWhat Makes You a Stand-Out64+ college credits or Military experience (preferred)Strong communication skills, including clear documentation and shift handoffsExperience with HID SAFE and Lenel (preferred)Ability to remain calm and professional in sensitive or escalated situationsProven ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to changing needsAbility to work both collaboratively and independently across teamsHigh level of dependability, punctuality, and commitment to shift coverageAdditional Information Required On-Site: This position is required to be performed full-time from an NBCUniversal-designated worksite.This position is eligible for company sponsored benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and a variety of other discounts and perks.
